Strength Coach · Former National-Level Boxer
I'm a strength coach and former national-level boxer with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry.
My journey has taken me from competing in the ring to leading fitness operations and designing training programs for companies like Cult.fit and Gabit. Over the years, I've helped build training systems, coach people of every level, and make strength training simple and effective.
I started Har Ghar Strength with one belief: you don't need a fancy gym to get stronger — you need the right guidance and consistency.
